Julie Brassard

Dre Julie Brassard est chercheur scientifique en virologie alimentaire pour Agriculture et Agro-Alimentaire Canada depuis 2004. Ses activités de recherche ont pour objectifs de déterminer dans la chaîne alimentaire l’origine des contaminations par certains virus entériques pathogènes humains et à potentiel zoonotique, de développer et appliquer des méthodes permettant leur détection et l’élaborer des stratégies de contrôle de la ferme à la table.
